Job Summary
The Director of Finance is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing all
financial operations, driving the company's financial strategy, and ensuring long-term
financial health and stability. This role involves strategic planning, financial analysis,
risk management, and team leadership to align fiscal performance with the
organization's overall business objectives. The Director of Finance will accomplish
these goals and objectives by partnering with respective department leaders to track
KPIs, develop budgets and forecasts, and create data-driven strategies to maximize
revenue and return on investments.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting,
and long-term financial planning processes. This includes departmental budgets,financial modeling to include 12 month projections up to 5 year forecastingmodels, and other financial planning reports and/or work products. Conductcomprehensive financial analysis and modeling to identify trends, potential risks,and opportunities for growth and efficiency.
Financial Reporting & Compliance: Work hand in hand with our Controller to help
and assist in auditing all accounting operations, including the monthly andannual closing processes, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll atthe request of the CFO. Work with the accounting team to prepare accurate andtimely financial statements and reports for senior management, the board ofdirectors, and other stakeholders.department heads, providing financial insights and recommendations to guidemajor business decisions, including investments, pricing strategies, and potentialmergers and acquisitions (M&A).banking relationships to ensure financial stability. Develop and implementfinancial risk management strategies, including appropriate insurance coverageand internal controls, to safeguard company assets. Policy and Process Improvement: Establish, implement, and monitor financialpolicies, procedures, and internal control systems to ensure compliance withGAAP, IFRS, and all federal, state, and local regulations. Pay: $120,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
