The selected candidate will perform complex analysis, design, development, testing, and debugging, while helping define system scope, objectives, and baselines, and establishing project standards and processes.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, test, and debug a legacy web application while supporting its migration to AWSCollaborate with stakeholders to define system scope, objectives, and baselinesEstablish project standards/processes and break down complex requirements into scalable systemsBuild and maintain automated tests using Playwright in AWSWork with and extend code developed by other engineersMandatory Skills8+ years of Software Development experience (Full Stack: :70% Backend / 30% Frontend)Frontend: Angular 16+, React, HTML, CSSBackend: Java 17+, Spring Boot, unit/integration testing with JUnit/TestNGMongoDB and Aurora PostgreSQLHands-on AWS experience, including deploying and managing EKSHands-on Kubernetes experience and AWS cloud migration/re-platforming (on-prem to off-prem) experienceAWS Certified Developer and/or Architect (required)Extensive Agile/Scrum experienceExcellent verbal and written English communication skillsBS Degree (or 4 additional years of relevant work experience in lieu of degree)Nice-to-Have SkillsCKA or CKAD (Certified Kubernetes Administrator/Application Developer)Experience with API Management ToolsExperience with GIT/BitBucketAmazon Q / AI tooling experience
