Shifts available: Mon - Fri, 12's **Prefer 12 hr shifts **, Weekend Required: Yes (2 Weekend Days per month), Weekend Call is Required; 2 weekend days per month Saturday and one Sunday). 2nd and 3rd are 24 hour, 4th is 14 hours, 5th and 6th are 10 hoursTypes of Cases: Robotics, Gen. Surgery (a lot of laps), Neuro, Spines, Burns, Plastics, GYN, OB (not much of it), Trauma, Vascular, Ortho, Healthy Peds. No hearts.Specific requirements/restrictions: Board Certified Required, Must Have Active FL License, DO NOT present anyone that won't take call, No Providers who worked for Envision within past 12 months and that live within 75 miles of the site, No Providers who worked for this site or an affiliated site in the past 24 months, No Providers that worked at this site or any Envision site that is within 75 miles of this site, New Candidates that have never worked for Envision must live outside the 75 mile radius of this site, No Providers will be accepted who currently reside or have a primary residence in the counties of Broward, Palm Beach, or Dade County.
