You will coordinate maintenance and repair activities, manage the technical team, and ensure customer satisfaction.You will also be responsible for operational planning, meeting performance targets, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.This is a full-time, on-site position located in Houston, Texas.RequirementsPrevious experience in operations management and team supervisionTechnical knowledge in maintenance and repair of mechanical or electromechanical equipmentStrong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skillsAbility to communicate effectively and work in a dynamic, customer-oriented environmentA degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is highly preferred
