Position Overview
The Construction Administrator will oversee and manage all administrative aspects of construction projects, ensuring that all documents are properly processed and maintained. This role is pivotal in facilitating communication between project stakeholders and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Manage project documentation including submittals, RFIs, proposals, and ASIs.
Coordinate with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure timely and accurate information exchange.
Assist in the preparation and review of AIA contracts and other project agreements.
Maintain organized project files and ensure proper documentation practices are followed.
Track project schedules and milestones to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
5+ Years of Experience working for an engineering or architecture firm.
Proven experience in construction administration or project management.
Strong understanding of design and construction processes.
Familiarity with project management software and tools.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
