This position will make a direct impact on KnowBe4 strategic success by driving the revenue-generating activities and identifying opportunities to improve sales techniques that increase productivity.ResponsibilitiesMonitor team and subordinate SMB employee statisticsPartner with the Director of Training to set up training for Account Executives who need coaching and implement strategy to improve their sales performance and efficiency.Ensure SMB Directors are effectively assisting their subordinates in managing accurate pipelines and exceeding their sales goalsAssist with the recruitment of additional personnel Conduct bi-monthly pipeline reviews with your DirectorsMeet/exceed overall revenue objectives for the SMB Account Executive AreaMaintain accurate reporting and pipeline managementEnsure accurate forecasting is provided to sales leadership teamProvide genuine recommendations as to the hiring, firing, promotion, and discipline of subordinate employees to which the Company gives significant weighMinimum QualificationsProven experience successfully running a sales organization and or territoryExperience managing a SaaS sales force and/or managing a sales force in the IT Security space (exceeding quota on a consistent basis)Experience with Salesforce is a plusExperience with Gmail and Google DocsExperience with MS Office (Word and Excel)Experience with web browsers (Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc.)Strong verbal and written communicationsExcellent time management and organization skillsStrong ability to motivate and increase sales using a positive approachStrong coaching skills Persuasive communication skillsStrong team playerAble to motivate a sales teamStrong analytical, strategic mindset and negotiation skillsPassionate about IT securityOur Fantastic BenefitsWe offer company-wide bonuses based on monthly sales targets, employee referral bonuses, adoption assistance, tuition reimbursement, certification reimbursement, and certification completion bonuses - all in a modern, high-tech, and fun work environment.
