Inventory Analyst & Planner

We service locations in greater MN and western WI.Job Summary:This position is responsible for supervising the flow of assigned goods in and out of inventory. Plan, organize, direct, control, and help manage the ongoing inventory needs of the organization.Responsibilities:Analyze and monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock and service levelsMake data-driven replenishment decisions based on historical trends, lead times, and seasonalityLead and execute daily, weekly, and monthly inventory cycle counts with a focus on accuracyInvestigate, reconcile, and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely and professional mannerCollaborate with sales and distribution teams to manage inventory flow and support forecasting through SKU performance analysisCoordinate Direct-to-Trade activities, including scheduling pickups, deliveries, and intercompany transfersIdentify and implement supply chain strategies to reduce costs and improve operational effectivenessHigh school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree or post-secondary education preferredMinimum of three years of experience in inventory management and/or distribution environmentsAt least two years of experience using Microsoft Office; experience with inventory management systems or related software preferredProven ability to influence and work cross-functionally with sales, office, and operations teamsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
