A company is looking for a Sr FP&A Partner - Real Estate. Key Responsibilities Develop Real Estate proformas and financial models for new stores and capital investments Lead ROI analysis for new store performance and investment decisions Manage expense reporting and financial planning for the call center Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field 8+ years of experience in Real Estate Finance or FP&A, preferably in retail Expertise in data analysis and real estate underwriting Understanding of financial modeling techniques such as IRR and NPV Proficient in Microsoft Office programs; Hyperion Essbase experience preferred
