Software EngineerLocation: Atlanta, GA 30332Hybrid Remote: In the office Tuesdays (required) and ideally 1/3 of the time overallIndustry: Healthcare SaaS | Reports To: CTOResponsibilities90% backend engineering, 10% frontend engineeringBuilding and maintaining backend services with Python, Django, Django REST FrameworkManaging and optimizing a PostgreSQL/RDS database, creating data modelsCollaborating with internal team members to define requirements and iterate on new featuresIdentifying and solving problems, unblocking yourself whenever possibleCreating clean, maintainable, tested, and documented codeContributing to the entire, end to end life cycle of growing SaaS product (web application) – planning, development, deployment, maintenanceRequirements5+ years of experience with Python, Django, RESTful APIs, Django REST FrameworkStrong understanding of database design and data modeling with PostgreSQL/RDSFrontend experience with React.jsExperience with DevOps tools and best practices + AWSExperience with Hey API and TanStack is preferredExperience defining and translating business requirementsExperience with end to end, full life cycle product development (SaaS) – design, architecture, planning, development, deployments, implementation, testing, maintenanceCompensation$100K - $150K + Equity
