Department:Facilities- Staten IslandHoursFull-time: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pmDescriptionIn this role you will be partner in managing and directing the daily maintenance activities at sites in Staten Island and Long Island. Working with the Director, contractors, architects, service providers and staff to help ensure that existing facilities run smoothly and that facilities coming on line are on time with budget and space planning. We are in a growth phase, adding services and facilities.Skills NeededBachelor's degree in a related field (Business, Engineering, Facilities Management, etc.). Valid drivers license. Excellent communication skills Ability to work independently, applying critical analysis to projects. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and understanding construction project management. May require FDNY Certificate F-07, S-95.Pay Rate$75,000 - $85,000 per yearContact:
