As a Business Development Representative, you will have the unique opportunity to act as the bridge that connects our clients with their customers. You will represent our clients' brands, meeting with customers directly through residential outreach initiatives to promote not only our clients' wireless products and services but also to build long-lasting relationships. Our Business Development Representatives help create tailored solutions based on the customers' needs while driving sales revenue for our clients. We are seeking motivated and confident individuals who can effectively present our clients' wireless products and services to customers, guide them through the enrollment process, and ensure customer satisfaction by remaining their primary point of contact. Through this and our hands-on training approach, you will acquire the valuable skill sets needed to advance within the company, eventually having the opportunity to expand our services into a new market and lead a team of your own.
Primary Responsibilities of an Business Development Representative:
Utilize a lead-generated database and direct outreach (residential setting) to engage with potential consumers to educate them about our client's wireless products and services
Provide our consumers with a better quality of customer service by actively listening to their concerns, troubleshooting using learned negotiation tactics, and customizing their sales packages to fit their wireless needs
Maintain a detailed record of customer interactions and sales to help ensure a smooth enrollment and/or installation process
Adhere to client-specific guidelines, ensuring compliance with industry standards and reinforcing a foundation of confidence and loyalty with customers and clients
Participate in weekly team meetings with upper management to stay current on the latest wireless product knowledge & client offerings, review performance, and fine-tune your communication, sales, and leadership skills
Explore and test new territories/ market regions with a designated Senior Business Management team member to expand our client's brand and market reach
As a Business Development Representative, you will gradually take on more responsibility as you prove yourself ready to teach, train, and develop your own team
Qualifications of the Business Development Representative Role:
A High School Diploma or equivalent certification is required; a Bachelor's degree in a business-related field is preferred
1+ years of previous experience working in customer service, sales, leadership roles, or other related fields is preferred
Reliable transportation to and from the office when meeting with clients is required
Self-motivated and has a strong desire to develop and improve interpersonal skills
Confident and persuasive communication skills that are enticing to the targeted audience when presenting as an Account Manager
Tech-savvy with an interest in the wireless/ telecommunications industry
Enthusiastic and positive demeanor that contributes to an uplifting, cohesive team environment and company culture

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
