Position SummaryWe are seeking a Senior Manufacturing Automation Engineer to support and optimize manufacturing processes within a regulated environment. This role focuses on automation, continuous improvement, and ensuring compliance with quality standards such as FDA, ISO, and cGMP.Key ResponsibilitiesLead automation equipment selection, implementation, and upgradesTroubleshoot machine controls, PLCs, and electromechanical systemsDrive continuous improvement using Lean Six Sigma (DMAIC)Perform root cause analysis, FMEA, and support CAPA activitiesDesign and execute validation and process improvement initiativesDevelop and maintain SOPs and technical documentationEnsure compliance with FDA, ISO, and cGMP standardsCollaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior staffQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience7+ years in manufacturing/automation engineeringExperience with PLCs, process controls, and automation systemsKnowledge of Lean Six Sigma and structured problem-solvingExperience in regulated environments (FDA, GMP, ISO preferred)Key SkillsAutomation & controls troubleshootingRoot cause analysis & continuous improvementStrong communication and teamworkProject leadership and multitasking
