We’re looking for a dynamic, people-first Lifestyle & Marketing Coordinator to bring that vision to life through meaningful events, thoughtful programming, and compelling storytelling.This role is equal parts community builder and brand ambassador — perfect for someone who loves creating memorable experiences to bring people together and knows how to plan and communicate them.Position OverviewThe Lifestyle & Marketing Coordinator is responsible for shaping the day-to-day experience of living in Mayfair while amplifying the community’s story across marketing channels. This individual will plan and execute events, foster neighborly connections, and support marketing efforts that reflect the spirit and vision of Mayfair. In addition to supporting Mayfair, this role will provide marketing and event support for Southstar developments in the San Antonio area, including VIDA and the future Lone Star Brewery district.  Key ResponsibilitiesLifestyle & Community EngagementPlan, coordinate, and host a year-round calendar of events for Mayfair residents (festivals, social gatherings, wellness classes, family-friendly activities)Create welcoming, inclusive experiences that foster a strong sense of communityDevelop and manage homeowner-exclusive programming and spacesBuild relationships with residents, local businesses, and community partnersAct as the on-site “face of Mayfair,” ensuring every interaction reflects warmth and hospitality Marketing & Brand SupportCapture and create content (photo, video, social media, email, newsletters) that showcases daily life in MayfairAssist in managing social media channels, website updates, mobile app and email communicationsSupport marketing campaigns, events, and promotions that drive awareness and engagementCoordinate with internal teams and external partners to maintain brand consistencyHelp tell the ongoing story of Mayfair in an authentic and engaging way Qualifications2+ years of experience in event planning, marketing, hospitality, recreation or related fieldFamiliarity with New Braunfels and San Antonio area a major plusStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at onceSelf-motivated and excited to learn new thingsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSocial media and tech savvy with an eye for content creation and storytellingOutgoing, approachable personality with a genuine passion for community-building and ability to get along with variety of personalitiesAbility to work evenings and weekends as needed for events. This is not an 8-5 Monday-Friday desk job. Qualified candidates must be able to work flexible hours that include nights, weekends and holidays.Candidates must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions, stand for extended periods and repeatedly life and move up to 25 lbs.
