CREcoin represents an emerging model at the intersection of commercial real estate, blockchain infrastructure, and modern capital markets, offering a new approach to aligning real-world value with the evolving digital economy.Role DescriptionThe Head of Strategic Partnerships will be responsible for driving collaboration initiatives, cultivating strategic relationships, and developing partnership strategies that expand the Foundation's network and industry presence.This full-time, on-site role located in Greater Chicago will focus on building relationships with organizations across commercial real estate, blockchain infrastructure, and financial technology. Core responsibilities include identifying and developing strategic partnerships, negotiating and structuring collaboration agreements, evaluating partnership performance through key metrics, and ensuring alignment with the Foundation's mission of advancing tokenized real-world assets.QualificationsStrong expertise in Business Relationship Management and proven experience in establishing and maintaining long-term partnerships.Exceptional skills in building and executing Strategic Partnerships, with a track record of crafting and negotiating successful collaborations.Advanced Analytical Skills to assess partnership performance, market trends, and business opportunities.Excellent Communication skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders, present strategic visions, and represent the organization.Experience in or knowledge of real estate, blockchain, tokenized assets, or financial technology is a strong advantage.Demonstrated leadership abilities and a collaborative approach to team and stakeholder engagement.A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; an advanced degree or equivalent experience in a related area is a plus.J-18808-Ljbffr
