Come build your future with us.About The RoleWe’re seeking a Sales Assistant to join our Dallas Infill team. This position combines customer-facing responsibilities supporting residential real estate transactions and critical sales administrative operations. You’ll be a key point of contact for prospective buyers and agents while ensuring seamless administrative operations that keep our sales process running smoothly. This role will primarily support the Dallas Infill team, but may also assist other markets as needed.This role is hybrid and will include a mix of in-person work at our Dallas office, job sites, and local showings, as well as some remote work from home.What You'll DoBuyer & Agent Relations:Engage prospective buyers and real estate agents, providing information about Homebound’s available homes, floor plans, and personalization optionsCapture and qualify buyer leads according to Homebound’s criteria, including pre-qualification status and timelineCoordinate and schedule buyer showings, property tours, and agent previewsAssist buyers in navigating the purchase process from initial inquiry through contract executionCoordinate with the marketing team on broker outreach, community events, and listing promotionsSales Coordination & Administrative SupportFollow up with prospective buyers and their agents via phone, email, and text to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnelMaintain and update Salesforce CRM with accurate lead information, interactions, and pipeline statusProcess and track sales contracts, earnest money, and closing documentation, ensuring all paperwork is complete and accurateCoordinate between buyers, buyer’s agents, title companies, lenders, and internal teams on contract timelines and deliverablesPrepare sales reports, track market performance metrics, and support forecasting activitiesSchedule design consultations, inspections, and buyer milestone meetingsManage incoming inquiries via phone, email, and website leads, ensuring timely responsesSupport the Dallas Sales Manager with presentation materials, competitive market analysis, and buyer communicationsRequiredWhat You'll Bring: 4+ years of experience in sales support, residential real estate, or customer serviceStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse customers and agentsExcellent written and verbal communication abilitiesProficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce experience preferred)High attention to detail and strong organizational skillsAbility to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings as neededValid driver’s license and reliable transportationPreferredLicensed Real Estate Agent in the state of Texas2+ years of experience in residential real estate sales or transaction coordinationFamiliarity with the Dallas/Fort Worth real estate market, neighborhoods, and pricing trendsKnowledge of homebuilding terminology and new construction processesExperience with contract processing, title coordination, and closing documentationBachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related fieldWhat Makes You SuccessfulCustomer-first mindset: You genuinely enjoy helping people find their dream homeSelf-starter mentality: You can manage your time and priorities independentlyTech-savvy: You’re comfortable learning new systems and leveraging technology to work efficientlyDetail-oriented: Nothing falls through the cracks on your watchAdaptable: You can seamlessly shift between engaging buyers and agents and diving into administrative tasksTeam player: You support the sales team’s success and collaborate effectively across departmentsOur CommitmentWe are focused on building a diverse and inclusive workforce.
