In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing existing systems, equipment, and facilities to ensure a safe and functional work environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate efficiency, professionalism, and a commitment to quality workmanship while performing a variety of maintenance tasks across our facility.Perform routine maintenance and inspections on building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical equipmentDiagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and implement timely repairs to minimize downtimeConduct preventive maintenance activities according to established schedules to extend equipment lifespanOperate and maintain various tools and equipment safely and effectivelyRespond promptly to maintenance requests and work orders from staff and managementMaintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs completed, and parts usedEnsure compliance with all safety regulations and OSHA standards while performing dutiesPerform general facility upkeep, including cleaning, painting, and minor construction tasksCollaborate with other team members and external contractors when necessaryReport hazardous conditions and recommend improvements to facility safety and efficiencyOperate and maintain various landscape equipment and groundsAssist with snow removal and shovelingQualifications**Required Qualifications:**High school diploma or equivalent2-3 years of experience in maintenance, facilities management, or related fieldProficiency in operating and maintaining hand and power toolsKnowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systemsStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprintsPhysical ability to lift up to 80 pounds regularly and work at heights when necessaryValid driver's licenseExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsMust have reliable transportation
