Fire Protection Specialist/ Fire Sprinkler Designer

Role: Fire Sprinkler DesignerLocation: Helotes, TXWe are reviewing candidates from all over the U.S & Re-location assistance will be provided.ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop Fire Sprinkler System for commercial and industrial projectsPerform hydraulic calculations and system sizingConduct project site surveys and field verification for design requirementsPrepare and submit permit drawings, material submittals, and stock listingsDevelop detailed fire protection layouts and technical documentationCoordinate with project managers, contractors, and multidisciplinary teamsEnsure compliance with NFPA standards, local codes, and client specificationsSupport projects through design, permitting, and construction phasesRequired SkillsExperience with Fire Sprinkler System designProficiency in AutoSPRINK, HydraCAD, or related fire protection design softwareKnowledge of hydraulic calculations and fire protection system layoutFamiliarity with NFPA codes and standardsExperience with BIM modeling and coordination preferredStrong project management and organizational skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlinesStrong communication and coordination skillsKnowledge of permit submittals and material documentation
