Grounds/Mechanical Maintenance

We are a local private community that is looking for a grounds maintenance employee to join our Maintenance Department. Tasks include but are not limited to mowing, grounds cleanup, equipment maintenance, vehicle maintenance, water line repairs and basic construction. Basic Construction knowledge is needed. This is a 40 Hours a week, full time position starting at $15.50 with very good benefits. We require a very professional, neat and clean appearance. Please submit a resume and qualifications.
