Our commitment to producing FOD-free products and maintaining a "Clean as You Go" philosophy is non-negotiable, reflecting our unwavering dedication to our standards, our people, and our customers.Position Responsibilities:Manages employees performing activities in multiple manufacturing disciplineDevelops and executes business plans, policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategiesAcquires resources, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvementsDevelops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reportsProvides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processesCoaches, develops and motivates employeesBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):3+ years of experience in Aerospace, Fabrication, or manufacturing environment3+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and /or informal leadership role3+ years of experience applying continuous improvement tools and techniques3+ years of experience using Microsoft Office tools, primarily Excel (Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint)Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):3+ years of experience developing presentations for senior leadership3+ years of experience communicating to employees, customers, peers and all levels of leadership1+ years of experience managing Key Performance Indicators within Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Manufacturing data1+ years of experience using Boeing Production System (BPS)1+ years of experience with REDARSConflict of Interest:Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company's Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.Shift:This role is primarily first shift; however, there may be additional shift requirements to support program objectives.Drug Free Workplace:Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.Total Rewards:At Boeing, we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract, engage and retain the top talent.
