Administrative Assistant

Prominent manufacturer in the aluminum industry seeks a motivated and career minded full-time Administrative Assistant to provide general administrative support to the organization. Candidate must be highly proficient in Microsoft® Windows, Excel, Word, and Outlook and have excellent keyboarding skills. Candidate must work well with others in a team environment, be very detail oriented, highly accurate in data entry, well organized, and proficient at recordkeeping and filing. Bilingual is highly preferred but not required. Responsibilities will include providing general administrative support in numerous areas of the organization, including working with the purchasing, sales, and accounting departments, as well as answering a multi-line telephone system. Two or four year degree in business administration or related field a plus. Compensation commensurate with the skills, level of professionalism, and productivity required of the position.
