We are committed to strong clinical standards, consistent operations, and long-term partnerships that support meaningful patient outcomes.Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Washington, IABlue Stone Therapy is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide therapy services to adult and geriatric patients at UP Home.This role focuses on evaluating and treating adult and geriatric patients in a skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation setting. The Speech Language Pathologist is responsible for assessments, care plan development, and implementation of treatment programs addressing dysphagia, swallowing disorders, cognitive-communication deficits, voice disorders, and speech and language impairments.$5,000 sign-on bonus available for eligible full-time candidates.What You'll DoPerform speech therapy evaluations and develop individualized plans of careProvide skilled speech language pathology services focused on functional and measurable outcomesTreat swallowing disorders, dysphagia, cognitive deficits, communication disorders, and voice impairmentsParticipate in discharge planning and development of maintenance programsSupervise Speech Language Pathology Assistants where applicable and in accordance with licensure standardsMaintain appropriate patient schedules per established guidelinesComplete timely, accurate documentation to support quality care and reimbursement requirementsCollaborate with interdisciplinary team members and facility staff to support positive patient outcomesRequirementsWhat You BringMaster's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited programCurrent Speech Language Pathologist license (or eligibility for licensure) in applicable stateExperience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or post-acute rehabilitation preferredStrong clinical reasoning, communication, and organizational skillsCommitment to patient-centered care and professional standardsWhy Blue Stone Therapy?We believe exceptional care begins with exceptional clinicians.
