Job Title Loan Servicing Account Solutions Specialist Job Description At Regions, the Loan Servicing Account Solutions Specialist conducts inbound and outbound calls to resolve the delinquency status of past due customer accounts. Primary ResponsibilitiesCalls customers about early delinquency account statuses Works with customers to resolve account delinquency status while minimizing company interest losses Implements repayment plans as necessary and collects delinquent payments Ensures that files and paperwork are properly and accurately completed Ensures compliance with risk management programs, rules and regulations, and cybersecurity practices; identifies opportunities for and supports process improvements; applies disciplined change management practices May contact outside parties to collect or clarify documentationThis position requires the tracking of time and is eligible for overtime for hours worked in excess of 40 per week under the Fair Labor Standards Act. This position is incentive eligible. RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GED Applicants will be expected to pass any assessment associated with the positionSkills and CompetenciesAbility to interpret and ensure compliance with applicable rules, regulations, and industry guidance Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Detailed oriented Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word Strong customer service skills Strong organization skillsMust be fluent in Spanish/English Training Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:30pm Following training: Monday-Friday between 7:30am-6:00pm 1 night each week until 8pm 1 Saturday a month from 8am-12pm This position is intended to be onsite, now or in the near future. Associates will have regular work hours, including full days in the office three or more days a week. The manager will set the work schedule for this position, including in-office expectations. This position may be filled at a higher level depending on the candidate's qualifications and relevant experience.
