The Laborer position plays a key role in our tire recycling process and is a great starting point to a rewarding career at Belle Tire!What You'll DoLoad scrap van trailers with commercial blowouts and OTR ScrapCart high tread tires to air checker or used tires to dock for deliveryAssist loading used tires that were purchased for delivery to customersBag and palletize rubber mulchDe-bead and de-rim truck tiresRemove rims on passenger tires using tire machineOperate tire recycling equipmentMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaPerform other duties as assigned by your managerWhat We're Looking ForMinimum Qualifications :18 years oldValid driver's licenseAttention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentPreferred Qualifications:High school diploma or GEDPrevious experience working in a warehouse/distribution centerPhysical Requirements:Ability to stand for long periods, bend and lift up to 75 poundsWork EnvironmentThis position is based in a manufacturing/tire recycling center with varying hours Monday through Saturday and potential overtime.
