Lead Windows Engineer

I’m currently working with a brand-new systematic trading fund that is building out its technology platform from the ground up and looking to hire a Lead Windows Engineer to take ownership of its Windows infrastructure.This is a greenfield opportunity to design and implement the Windows environment that will underpin the firm’s entire technology stack. The role will work closely with security, engineering, and operations teams to build a robust, scalable, and highly secure environment across endpoints, identity, and core Windows services.ResponsibilitiesDesign and build enterprise-grade Windows infrastructure across on-prem and cloud environmentsOwn Windows 11 and Windows Server configuration, deployment, and lifecycle managementArchitect and manage Entra ID (Azure AD), hybrid identity, and domain services including Cloud Kerberos TrustDrive automation and infrastructure engineering using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph APIEstablish standards, documentation, and operational processes as the platform scalesCollaborate closely with Security, Engineering, and Operations teamsRequirements7+ years’ experience in Windows infrastructure engineering within complex environmentsStrong expertise in Azure, Intune, Microsoft 365, and Entra IDExperience managing hybrid identity and modern Windows device environmentsAdvanced PowerShell scripting and automationStrong understanding of systems architecture, networking, and infrastructure design
