About Us:Stocked is a female owned and operated high-ends prepared foods business based in NYC. We're rewriting the rules of food delivery, trading rigid, decade-old subscription models for a premium, high-end, completely a la carte "digital deli counter" experience. Founded by food industry veterans, cookbook authors, and moms, our mission is simple: to bring the joy of a well-stocked fridge to busy households with clean, extremely delicious food that uses zero seed oils or additives.We are a small, fast-moving team with incredible momentum. We're grown in a scrappy, word-of-mouth way until now, but we're ready to bring on someone to craft and amplify our story to drive our next phase of growth.About the Role:We are looking for a Social Media & Brand Manager who lives and breathes social media and understands what it looks like to grow an ecommerce brand from the inside. Loving food is a plus! This is a hybrid role that combines high-level strategy with heavy, hands-on execution. You will have the creative freedom to direct our social presence, experiment with new ideas, and shape how our brand story comes to life across digital touchpoints.Your mission is two-fold: create highly engaging, aesthetically premium content that articulates the value of a "Stocked fridge," and tells a founder story, and use savvy social strategies to drive acquisition and growth.Responsibilities:Execute & Create: Concept, shoot, script, and edit high-quality, engaging short-form video (TikTok, IG Reels) and photo content. You will be the main driver of our daily visual output.Social Strategy & Planning: Maintain and own the content calendar for Instagram and TikTok. Translate Stocked's brand messaging into organic social campaigns that resonate with busy professionals, families, and food lovers.Brand Storytelling: Find creative ways to highlight our core pillars—our a la carte flexibility, premium ingredients (no seed oils), and our founder story—making our digital storefront feel alive and urgent.Marketing Partnerships: Help source, pitch, and manage relationships with like-minded brands, local influencers, and creators for collaborative content, giveaways, and community building.Email: Maintain and iterate on our already-strong email marketing strategy, planning and creating ~3 emails/week and overseeing flowsTest & Optimize: Monitor social analytics, keeping a close eye on engagement, reach, and conversion. You'll have the leeway to pivot, experiment with new trends, and double down on what drives actual sales.Qualifications:3+ years of experience managing and creating content specifically for D2C, ecommerce, or premium consumer brands (bonus points if it's in the food/beverage or lifestyle space).A True Creator: You are highly proficient in mobile video production—you know how to frame a shot, hook a viewer in the first 2 seconds, edit in CapCut/InShot/TikTok, and write copy that matches a premium, relatable brand voice.An Entrepreneurial Mindset: You thrive in small team environments. You don't wait for a detailed brief; you bring ideas to the table, take feedback, and run with execution.Data-Informed: You care about aesthetics, but you also care about metrics.
