Surfaces cost mitigation opportunities and develops action plans with detailed solutions.Works with Account Executives and Sales Executives to build client-specific strategies that will lead to measurable success and build long-term preference with the buyer.Designs new and differentiated solutions we can offer to our clients, tests solutions/programs for benefits, and develops material to explain and promote solutions.Identifies new diagnostics and the tools to display those diagnosticsDevelops efficiencies, automation, and new tools.Understands how to effectively manage a complex audience (broker, Risk Manager, CFO) including leveraging sponsors and managing around anti-sponsorsUpholds the Crawford Code of Conduct.QualificationsBachelors degree in Business or related field.1-3 years marketing/sales communication experience with the ability to sell ideas and concepts to management and customers.Capable of quickly learning new toolsExcellent logicFamiliarity with statisticsFocused on solutions: employee is aware of roadblocks, but is continually applying creativity and a comprehensive approach to overcome road blocks.Highly organized thinking, writing and presenting so that key points are delivered powerfully and clearly to the right audienceCapable of making arguments to unknown audiences (such as a CFO that is not at a meeting, but might view material or receive a second hand presentation from another party.)Drivers LicenseWillingness to travel 2-5 nights per monthAbout UsWhy Crawford?Because a claim is more than a number ā itās a person, a child, a friend.
