Sanitor I for Night shift. - No Experience Required

Position Duties and Responsibilities:* •SANITATION* oDemonstrates a strong understanding of the Master Sanitation schedule* oDemonstrates a strong understanding of the sanitation cycle consistent with HACCP, USDA, GMP, and AIB guidelines* oCleans and sanitizes work areas and equipment according to established time constraints and quality standards* oFollows guidelines for proper use and safety of chemicals and equipment* oMaintains a safe, clean, organized work area throughout the facility and common areas* oDemonstrates a sense of urgency in regards to daily duties: cleaning, washing, dusting, organizing, mopping, sweeping and trash removal* oComplies with GMP rules and regulations* oTakes ownership of food safety standards and prevents cross contamination* oSafely operates all warehouse equipment to prevent damages or injuries* oConsistently comes to work on time and as per scheduled* oArrives to work on time and consistentlyQualifications:Education: No education level neededExperience: No experience needed, will train* High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience* Previous experience in a Supervisory role.* Extensive knowledge of the manufacturing industry.* Proficient and Advance Cleaning, Advance Cleaning, Compactor and Special Assignments* Strong attention to detail.* Advanced managerial skills.* Detailed knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety protocols.* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.* Strong written and verbal communication skills.* Ability to design and implement training programs.* Great attention to detail.* Diligent and punctual.* Proficient in MS Office.* General Computer skills.* Work at an acceptable speed to deliver proper sanitation as needed and required.* Food safety and safety awareness, and strong work ethic.* Ability to physically lift, push pull and stand for long periods of time without reasonable accommodations.* Knowledge of the field's policies, procedures, and practices.Education and Experience:* 2+ years of experience in a Warehouse Environment* Facilities maintenance experience preferred.* Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.* Must be able to multi-task and work independently as well as contribute to the overall success of the team.* English and Spanish proficiency preferred
