Retail Operations Specialist

Location: Miami, FL Job Type: Full time direct/hire Visit multiple cooperative member supermarkets each week to review and support produce department operations. Evaluate store operations, merchandising, and purchasing practices and provide recommendations to improve sales and profitability. Help with new store openings, store conversions, and merchandising resets. Monitor market conditions such as product pricing, availability, and seasonal trends. Implement seasonal merchandising and promotional displays to increase department sales. Ensure stores maintain 85% or higher purchasing compliance with cooperative vendors. Train store staff on daily department tasks, merchandising standards, and operational reports. Assist with inventory counts and shrink (waste) reduction initiatives. Act as a liaison between store owners, staff, vendors, and the cooperative team. xywuqvp Prepare store assessments and communicate performance feedback and improvement plans to store ownership.
