In this role, you’ll oversee a dynamic team while helping individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities find meaningful, community-based employment. If you’re a strong leader who values collaboration, community impact, and person-centered care this is your opportunity to make a difference.Essential ResponsibilitiesCulture ChampionBuild and maintain partnerships with local businesses to create job opportunitiesCollaborate with families, case managers, and ISP teams to support successPromote Premier Community Supports’ mission, values, and culture across Employment Services and within the communityModel person centered practices and reinforce expectations for service delivery aligned with organizational standardsMaintain close relationships with community partners, including Vocational Rehabilitation and Case Management EntitiesSupervision & LeadershipLead, supervise, and support a team of Employment Specialists and Job Coaches from a centralized geographical standpoint across the state Train, schedule, and assign staff while fostering a positive team cultureStep in to support staff and services as neededEnsure compliance with state regulations (OARs) and internal standardsProvide consistent coaching, feedback, and performance management to support employee growth and accountabilityAddress performance concerns in a timely and professional mannerConduct performance reviews and support the development of measurable employee goalsRecruiting & TrainingDevelop individualized employment strategies for the people we serveMonitor job placements, retention, and overall satisfactionOversee onboarding, documentation, and billing accuracyStay current on local employment trends and opportunitiesPartner with recruitment to support hiring efforts, including identifying staffing needs and participating in candidate selectionSupport onboarding and training of new team members to ensure consistency in service deliveryAssist in developing training materials and tools that support team effectivenessOperations & ComplianceSupport compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations related to Employment ServicesMaintain strong working knowledge of service models including job development, job coaching, and retention servicesAssist in maintaining and improving operational processes, documentation standards, and service workflowsIdentify gaps or risks in service delivery and provide recommendations for improvementProgram Development & Continuous ImprovementContribute to the development and refinement of Employment Services processes, tools, and best practicesAssist in creating consistent and repeatable approaches across teams and locationsIdentify trends, challenges, and opportunities within Employment Services and provide recommendations for improvementSupport implementation of new initiatives, programs, or process changesCommunication & Cross Functional CollaborationMaintain regular communication with internal Team Members and building Cross-Functional collaboration with local community office leaders Provide input and insight to support decision making and risk mitigationCollaborate with County Managers, internal departments, and community partners to strengthen service coordination and outcomesSeek feedback from internal and external partners and support resolution of concernsOther Duties: Ability to perform and complete any additional tasks/projects as assignedRequirementsQualifications & SkillsExperience in employment services and/or supporting individuals with I/DD Proven leadership and team management skills Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities Ability to build relationships with community partners and employers Comfortable with documentation, data tracking, and basic computer systems A proactive, flexible, and solutions-focused mindset Position requires occasional travel, up to 15–20% of the timeEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s degree preferred (not required) 2+ years in Employment Services (4+ preferred) 2+ years supporting individuals with I/DD (4+ preferred) ACRE certification (or ability to obtain upon hire) CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain upon hire) Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation What We OfferHealth, dental, vision benefits available with 75% of employee cost paid by PremierAccrue up to 80 hours of PTO (paid time off) per year401K offered after 90 days of employment with up to 4% employer matchPay Period: 1st and 16th of the monthTraining and professional development opportunitiesA fulfilling role where your work truly makes a differenceA collaborative team environment with supportive leadership and meaningful peer relationshipsWhy Join UsBe part of a mission-driven organization making real community impact Collaborative, supportive team environment Opportunity to lead and grow a meaningful program Work that empowers individuals to live more independent, fulfilling lives
