Kitchen & Bath Sales Consultant | On-Site – Waterford, MI🚀 Immediate opening — we're ready to move fast with the right candidate.Stontek LLC is a wholesale and retail distributor of natural stone slabs, flooring, and kitchen & bath cabinetry serving contractors, designers, and homeowners across Michigan.We're growing — and we're looking for a Kitchen & Bath Sales Consultant who can turn client visions into stunning kitchen designs and close sales with confidence.What You'll DoMeet with clients on-site to understand their project needs and take measurementsUse 2020 Design software to create 2D floor plans and 3D renderingsGenerate detailed quotes and present proposals to clientsGuide customers through product selection and close salesCoordinate with our team on product availability and project follow-throughMaintain organized client records and follow up on open quotesWhat We're Looking ForBackground in kitchen & bath sales, cabinet sales, or interior designExperience with 2020 Design (Design Flex) or similar kitchen design software (Chief Architect, ProKitchen) is a strong plus — candidates with solid sales background and willingness to learn will be consideredStrong communication and client relationship skillsComfortable with measurements and floor plan interpretationSelf-motivated, organized, and results-drivenBilingual English/Spanish is a plusWhat We OfferFull-time, on-site position in Waterford, MICompetitive base salary + commissionReal growth opportunity — you'll be a key player in an expanding operationCollaborative, fast-paced team environment🚀 Immediate opening — we're ready to move fast with the right candidate.📩 Interested?
