Define and maintain solution architectures that enable hybrid integration across SaaS platforms, legacy applications, and cloud infrastructure. Translate complex business requirements into modular application designs. XXgn and oversee integrations between SaaS platforms and enterprise systems. Develop architecture artifacts aligned with enterprise principles. Define governance and configuration standards for platform administration. Evaluate SaaS and PaaS platforms based on business needs and scalability. Collaborate with enterprise architects, delivery teams, and vendors. Support cloud-enabled delivery of content and workflow services. Guide solution implementation teams through agile processes. Ensure compliance with enterprise governance and data standards. Contribute to business case development, procurement, and vendor evaluations.Responsibilities: Lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and user-centric SaaS solutions. Define and maintain solution architectures that enable hybrid integration across SaaS platforms and cloud infrastructure. Translate complex business requirements into modular application designs. Design and oversee integrations between SaaS platforms and enterprise systems. Develop architecture artifacts such as reference models, data flows, and interface definitions. Define governance and configuration standards for platform administration. Evaluate and advise on SaaS and PaaS platforms based on business and compliance needs. Collaborate with enterprise architects, product managers, and vendors. Support content and workflow services through integrations with Azure, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365. Guide solution implementation teams through sprint planning and validation processes. Ensure SaaS solutions align with enterprise governance and lifecycle policies. Provide architectural insights in business case development and vendor evaluations.Must Have: 8+ years of experience leading the design and implementation of scalable SaaS solutions. 8+ years of experience defining and maintaining solution architectures for hybrid integration. 8+ years of experience translating business requirements into modular application designs. 8+ years of experience designing and overseeing integrations using APIs, webhooks, middleware, and native frameworks. 8+ years of experience developing architecture artifacts that align with enterprise principles.Nice to Have: Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, workflows, integration hubs, and OpenText content services. Public sector experience.Required Qualifications And Experience: 8+ years of experience in application or solution architecture. Hands-on experience in solution design and implementation. Experience architecting workflow automation, records, and document management systems. Familiarity with Azure or similar hybrid integration and identity management platforms. Strong understanding of integration patterns and tools. Proven ability to design scalable and modular SaaS solutions. Deep understanding of data privacy, retention, and security in public sector SaaS deployments. Experience in agile and iterative delivery models. Public sector or regulated environment experience is an asset.Desirable Skills: Certification in ServiceNow or OpenText platforms. Familiarity with ITIL, BPMN, or workflow design techniques. Experience integrating SaaS platforms with ERP or procurement tools. Experience designing solutions with digital signatures, audit logging, and secure document exchange. Knowledge of metadata structures and governance models. Awareness of trends in SaaS adoption and automation platforms.Core Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
