We are seeking candidates driven to continue elevating the Company and its success in the marketplace, which increases the growth for our associates and business.The ideal candidate should have a strong background in test automation, proficiency in one or more programming or scripting languages, and a passion for delivering high-quality software solutions.ResponsibilitiesLead test planning activities, including defining test objectives, test strategies, test cases, and test coverage. Provide consultation to projects and application support groups regarding end-to-end tests, automation design, development and executionParticipate in code reviews, sprint planning, and other Agile/Scrum activities to ensure alignment with project goals and prioritiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into automated test cases and scriptsDesign, develop, and maintain automated test suites to support functional, regression, and performance testing of software applicationsWork closely with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues identified during automated testingContribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes, methodologies, and tools within the organizationImplement and maintain test automation frameworks and tools to support continuous integration and delivery pipelinesFamiliarity with testing tools including Playwright, Cucumber, and Typescript is a plusManage multiple assignments and align them with business priorities and deadlinesIdentify areas where automation can improve quality and increase delivery timeRefactor and extend test automation frameworks and suites, as necessaryImplement and maintain test optimization strategies to reduce test execution time and increase test coverageCoach and mentor team members to improve testing skills and knowledgeProven ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with minimal supervisionExperience with version control systems (e.g., Git), AWS infrastructure, and continuous integration/delivery pipelinesConduct risk assessments and prioritize testing efforts based on potential impactRequirementsQualifications:5-7+ years of experience as Quality Assurance Engineer or Test Automation EngineerExperience in one or more programming languages such as Typescript, JavaScript, Java, or PythonExperience with test automation frameworks such as Playwright, Selenium, Appium, JMeter, and API testing tools such as Postman or similar toolsStrong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practicesEffective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environmentA Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experienceDetail oriented and organized with exceptional time management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills
