This role will focus on budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, and financial governance, while ensuring accurate reporting and compliance with internal controls.Key Responsibilities Support financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting activities for ongoing programsAnalyze and reconcile accounts, identifying and explaining variancesPrepare and annotate variance reports for leadership reviewAssist with cost tracking, governance, and internal controls related to expendituresConduct financial research to evaluate accounting impacts of different approachesMaintain and manage financial data and records, with a strong emphasis on SharePointCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support cost recovery and reporting needsPresent financial insights and analysis to management as neededQualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent years of experience)2–5+ years of relevant financial analysis experienceStrong understanding of accounting and finance principlesExperience with financial reporting, budgeting, and forecastingAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and WordExperience with SharePoint and data/records management is requiredStrong communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesPreferred Qualifications Experience in the utilities or energy industryFamiliarity with financial management systems and applicationsPlease submit your resume in Word or PDF format to be considered.#J-18808-Ljbffr
