We are seeking a high-level CNC Foreman who thrives in a fast-paced production environment. This is not a "desk job." We need a leader who can manage the workflow of the shop floor while remaining deeply involved in the technical success of every project-from the first setup to the final part.Key ResponsibilitiesHands-On Leadership: Oversee daily shop operations and provide mentorship to operators, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.Expert Setup: Lead the setup of complex CNC milling jobs, ensuring machines are dialed in for maximum efficiency and precision.Tooling & Inventory: Manage the procurement of perishable tooling (end mills, inserts, drills, etc.) to ensure zero downtime.Troubleshooting: Act as the first line of defense for technical issues on the floor; diagnose and resolve program errors, mechanical hiccups, or finish issues.Process Improvement: Identify ways to reduce cycle times and improve setup repeatability.Benefits: Medical,Dental, Vision, 401k, PTO, Life InsuranceSchedule: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PMRequirementsCNC Milling Mastery: Minimum of 5 years of experience specifically in CNC milling. You should be an expert in workholding, tool selection, and speeds/feeds.Technical Troubleshooting: Ability to read blueprints, interpret G-code, and solve geometric or mechanical problems on the fly.
