Project Manager - Commercial DoorsPosition OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager specializing in Commercial Doors to oversee and manage door and hardware projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee all aspects of commercial door projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.Coordinate with architects, contractors, and clients to define project objectives and requirements.Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets, ensuring resource availability and allocation.Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines and goals.Lead project meetings and communicate updates to stakeholders and team members.Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards related to commercial doors and hardware.Utilize software tools such as Avaware, Comsense, and E/pws for project management and documentation.Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering collaboration and efficiency.QualificationsProven experience as a Project Manager in the construction or commercial doors industry.Strong knowledge of commercial doors, hardware, and related materials.Familiarity with project management software tools, including Avaware and Comsense.Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with diverse stakeholders.Ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions promptly.Experience with divisions 8 and 10 is preferred, along with knowledge of relevant products from ASSA ABLOY, Ceco, Allegion, and others.
