HR Data Analyst

We collaborate with companies in some of the most innovative industries, including automotive, industrial/heavy equipment, aerospace and defense, and high-tech electronics.Role OverviewThe HR Data Analyst performs hands‑on workforce analytics and produces dashboards and reports to support HR and leadership decision‑making. This role conducts recurring and ad‑hoc analysis across core HR metrics, with a strong focus on data accuracy, consistency, and governance. Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to clearly communicate insights through clear, reliable reporting.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain dashboards and reports analyzing HR data (e.g., headcount, turnover, recruiting, performance) to support HR and leadership decision‑makingIdentify trends and deliver insights related to employee retention, engagement, and productivityStandardize and streamline HR data collection processes to improve efficiency and data qualityPartner with regional HR teams to ensure data integrity across HR systems and reporting toolsCollaborate with recruiting teams to ensure consistent data definitions and generate insights that improve sourcing strategies and hiring outcomesSupport the development and maintenance of predictive models (e.g., turnover risk, hiring success) under guidance from the Head of Total RewardsDocument HR data processes, metric definitions, and reporting standards to ensure consistency across dashboards and leadership reportsPresent findings and recommendations to HR leadership in a clear, actionable mannerWork closely with People Operations to validate data, resolve discrepancies, and ensure reliable end‑to‑end HR data flowsRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field4 – 7 years of experience in HR analytics, data analysis, or a related analytical roleStrong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skillsStrong experience analyzing HR data and metrics across areas such as headcount, recruiting, turnover, and performanceProficiency in Excel and experience building dashboards and reports using BI or reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar)Demonstrated ability to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems and reportsAbility to manage sensitive workforce and employee data confidentiallyAbility to clearly communicate data insights and findings to HR and business stakeholdersStrong attention to detail, organization, and problem‑solving skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience working with HRIS platforms (e.g., BambooHR, Workday, or similar systems)Exposure to predictive or trend‑based analysis (e.g., turnover risk, hiring outcomes)Familiarity with data governance practices, metric definitions, and documentation standardsExperience partnering with cross‑functional HR teams (e.g., Recruiting, People Operations, Total Rewards)Comfort collaborating with Finance and IT departmentsPrior experience supporting a global or multi‑regional workforceWe value in-person collaboration and team connection. The total expected base salary range will be between $70,000-$90,000.
