You'll provide a safe and loving environment that nurtures the social, emotional, cognitive, creative, and physical development of each child. Responsibilities Creates lesson plans that are balanced and appropriate to development levelsDocument learning experience through displays and picturesMaintains positive informal and formal communication with families on a daily basisMaintains a safe, comforting and stimulating environment for infants and toddlersFacilitates and maintains childcare licensing standardsFriendly and a desire to work as a team in a rewarding, fast-paced environment QualificationsPrevious experience in a preschool environmentStrong verbal communicator with an upbeat personality who is comfortable and excels with speaking to parentsEnergetic, nurturing, positive, child-friendly personalityShows initiative; strong work ethicHigh school diploma We offer flexible scheduling pay based on education and experience Compensation: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour The Association for Early Learning Leaders is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that has been serving directors, owners and administrators of early care and education programs since 1984.
