What the Role DeliversThis role drives reliable, safe, and efficient plant operations through strong leadership of the maintenance and engineering functions. You’ll lead a hands‑on, solutions‑focused team that keeps critical equipment running and continuously improves plant performance. As a key member of the site leadership team, you will influence capital investments, strengthen reliability, and elevate maintenance excellence every day.What You Will DoLead, coach, and develop an engineering and maintenance team, including union employees, ensuring high performance and accountabilityOversee preventive and corrective maintenance to maximize equipment uptime and reliabilityProvide hands‑on technical support and lead troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis on plant equipmentManage capital projects, including scope development, budgeting, contractor oversight, and compliance with site standardsPlan and execute the annual maintenance turnaround and major plant outagesEnsure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirementsManage maintenance and capital budgets and track performance metricsDrive continuous improvement initiatives supporting reliability, quality, and operational efficiencySalary range $115,1000 – 172,700 per year. The posted salary range reflects the national average for this role. Final compensation may vary based on location, experience, and qualifications. Experience leading and developing teams; union supervisory experience preferred.Strong technical background with plant equipment, reliability practices, and maintenance systems (SAP or similar).Demonstrated ability to lead in a hands‑on, fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
