Key Responsibilities Lead strategic onboarding for high-value clients, ensuring understanding of data differentiation Consult on complex analytical queries to ensure accurate results for customers Synthesize technical challenges faced by customers and advocate for product enhancements Required Qualifications Minimum seven years of experience in data analytics, management consulting, or similar roles in healthcare Experience with claims-based or similar datasets Proven ability to build trusted relationships with customers and translate their needs into actionable insights Demonstrated ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences Skilled in leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity and streamline workflows
