You should be able to ensure productivity targets are achieved and that all warehouse processes are running smoothly and promptly.Responsibilities:Coordinate daily incoming and outgoing supply orders of contractors and crews.Coordinate pick-up schedules for supply orders.Organize warehouse invoices and update inventory software system with current supply levels.Maintain inventory organization and knowledge of supply locations within the warehouse.Maintain warehouse tools, lifts, equipment, and cleanliness.Working knowledge of part names with their corresponding item numbersCheck deliveries by referencing invoices as trucks are unloaded.Follow up with suppliers, contractors, and crews when necessary.Qualifications:Warehouse experience preferred.Fork-lift Certification preferred.Very strong organization, communication, and leadership skillsExcellent time management and multitasking skillsPerform duties independently by exercising discretion and sound judgment.Working knowledge of MS Office, MS Outlook, Windows operating systems, and inventory systemsOn-the-spot mental math capabilitiesThe ability to lift 50lb+ at any given time.Work Environment:• Office and warehouse environment• May be exposed to dust, dirt, noise, insects, rodents, excessive heat or cold, and cleaning solutions.Perks of Working at Benton Triage:Comprehensive benefits package, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, and life401K with Company MatchDependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)Paid Sick TimeHoliday PayPaid Vacation TimeCareer advancement opportunitiesContinuous training and personal development opportunitiesA quality Employee Recognition Program
