Location: Acton, MA
Pay Rate: $43.50/hour
Schedule: Hybrid | On-site approximately 3 days per week

Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
Experience Requirements
Minimum 5 years of multi-state payroll processing experience
Extensive experience with Workday Payroll required
Strong knowledge of payroll tax regulations, wage and hour laws, and compliance requirements
Experience supporting international payroll processes preferred
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills preferred
Job Duties
Process biweekly multi-state payroll for 3,000+ employees using Workday
Audit payroll data including hours, bonuses, commissions, deductions, and tax withholdings
Reconcile payroll reports and validate payroll accuracy
Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
Process off-cycle payrolls for corrections, terminations, and bonus payments
Partner with HR and Finance teams to maintain employee data accuracy
Support year-end payroll activities, including W-2 reconciliation
Maintain payroll documentation and identify process improvement opportunities
Provide backup support for international payroll operations
Physical Capabilities
Ability to work on-site in Acton, MA approximately three days per week
Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
