This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: talent development, employee relations, coaching, organization design, training, performance management, payroll, compensation, onboarding, policy implementation, and employment law compliance. This role is onsite in a large manufacturing facility that manufactures and repairs turbine components. It’s a career that develops as you do, with opportunities to grow.Key ResponsibilitiesDemonstrates our core competencies: Action oriented, change champion, customer-focused, developing self & others, and ownershipDelivers Human Resources solutions to drive the business and culture by providing HR partnership for the business operationsInterpret and assist with the understanding of human resources policies and proceduresConduct investigations and assist in resolving employee complaints and conflictsConsult with leaders on human resources matters related to talent development, talent acquisition, compensation, training and development, and performance management Collaborate with the HR team to provide innovative solutions and drive execution of strategiesPartner with hiring managers to develop and maintain job descriptions and development plansMaintain accurate employee records in the HRIS system. Generate reports and provide data analysis to support HR decision-makingPartner with talent acquisition team and managers on job offers and the hiring processConduct onboarding and training with employees and leadersSupport and communicate the mission, values, and culture of the organizationStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsCompletes other projects/tasks as assignedAlways maintain the highest degree of honesty and integrity.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration/Management, or related field. 5 years of proven experience in a similar role, preferably in manufacturing. Ability to multitask. Attentive to details. Strong experience with oral, written and interactive communication skills.
