This individual will oversee front desk performance, support guest satisfaction, drive retail and gift card sales, assist service providers with scheduling needs, and ensure our POS and booking systems are running smoothly and efficiently.The ideal candidate is highly organized, solutions-oriented, professional, and passionate about hospitality, sales, team development, and continued education.Key ResponsibilitiesGuest Experience & Customer ServiceDeliver exceptional customer service and ensure every guest feels welcomed, valued, and cared forUphold and represent the luxury standards and image of the salon and spa at all timesResolve guest concerns professionally and efficiently while exceeding expectationsSupport guests with retail purchases, service tickets, gift cards, and booking assistanceFoster a positive, welcoming environment for both guests and team membersFront Desk LeadershipLead, motivate, and support the front desk team to maintain high performance standardsHire, onboard, and train new front desk team membersCreate accountability and ensure responsibilities are completed accurately and efficientlyManage front desk schedules to ensure proper and appropriate coverage at all timesDelegate tasks and oversee completion of daily operational responsibilitiesEncourage teamwork, professionalism, and a strong guest-first mentalityPOS & Booking System ManagementBecome highly knowledgeable in all salon POS and booking systemsTroubleshoot scheduling, ticketing, payment, and booking issues as neededAssist staff with schedule management and operational support throughout the dayEnsure appointments are booked accurately and efficiently to maximize guest satisfaction and productivitySales & Revenue GrowthDrive retail sales, service upgrades, and gift card sales through guest engagement and team coachingDevelop meaningful promotions and initiatives that increase retail and gift card revenueMonitor sales opportunities and help create strategies to support company growth goalsEducate and motivate the front desk team on sales goals and performance expectationsEducation & Team DevelopmentCollaborate with the Store Manager on educational opportunities and continued growth for the front desk teamHelp develop training materials, coaching opportunities, and educational initiativesEncourage ongoing learning and professional development to elevate team performance and guest experienceSupport a culture of growth, accountability, and continuous improvementTeam Collaboration & Brand PresenceCollaborate with the Operations Manager and Social Media Manager regarding promotions, marketing efforts, and online presenceSupport company initiatives and contribute ideas that align with overall business goalsMaintain strong communication between front desk, service providers, and leadershipBe a proactive team player who prioritizes the success of the company as a wholeDesired ExperiencePrevious management, assistant management, or leadership experience preferredExperience in a salon, spa, luxury retail, hospitality, or customer service environment strongly preferredExperience managing schedules, coordinating teams, and handling guest concernsFamiliarity with POS systems, booking software, and troubleshooting operational issuesExperience with retail sales, promotions, and goal-driven environmentsStrong understanding of luxury customer service standardsExperience training, coaching, or mentoring team members is a plusComfortable working in a fast-paced, multitasking environmentQualificationsStrong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent communication and problem-solving abilitiesProfessional appearance and demeanorSales-minded with the ability to motivate othersPositive attitude and strong leadership presenceAbility to remain calm and solution-focused under pressureStrong attention to detail and follow-throughTeam-oriented mindset with a focus on company success and cultureWhat We’re Looking ForWe are looking for someone who:Leads with positivity, professionalism, and accountabilityTakes initiative and solves problems confidentlyUnderstands the importance of luxury-level customer serviceCan balance leadership, operations, sales, education, and team supportWants to contribute to the long-term success and growth of the companyIf you are passionate about hospitality, leadership, beauty, and creating exceptional experiences, we’d love to hear from you.
