Sales Coordinator

Job Description: Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on sales performanceTrack leads, opportunities, and definite bookings; generate sales reports and dashboards for leadershipUtilize Salesforce to maintain and update customer profiles, support 5 Sales Directors with activity entry during peak periods, and conduct data audits to ensure accuracyReceive, assess, and respond to incoming requests from clients and hotelsCreate and update sales presentations and materialsCollaborate with the Marketing team on regional campaigns as neededSupport the planning and execution of client events, internal meetings, and related logisticsManage surveys, ROI tracking, and post event recaps following client eventsParticipate in weekly sales meetingsContribute to special projects as directed by the VP SalesApply creativity and sound business judgment to drive timely and effective resultsSupport larger Salesforce system projects for Senior Manager System Operations & AnalyticsRequirements: Clear and professional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with strong attention to detailPrevious experience in an administrative role, ideally within hospitalityHighly organized with strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environmentStrong relationship building skills with clients and internal teamsResilient and adaptable, remaining composed and effective amid shifting priorities and high volume demandsStrong emotional intelligence and sound judgment in navigating team dynamics and business situationsProactive and self motivated, anticipates needs and takes initiative with minimal supervisionResourceful and solution oriented with strong business acumenKnowledge of hotel operations and market trends is an advantageProficient in G Suite and comfortable learning new systemsExperience with Salesforce/Delphi Systems is an advantageBenefits: Remote work options
