Digital Product Manager II

DescriptionThe Product Manager II, Digital works independently to manage assigned digital product lifecycles, including product vision and strategy, go-to-market plans, development, positioning, launch, and messaging.Here's what you can expect from the job and what you need to be successful:Job DutiesParticipate in the establishing strategy and drive digital product vision and strategy, including go-to-market plans, positioning and messagingBuild, manage and prioritize an actionable product roadmap to support our goals and strategies, in collaboration with other Product Managers, business partners, and third party vendorsPartner with and guide business units to gather, manage, and prioritize market/member requirements, acting as a member advocateCollaborate with internal partners, including Scrum and Engineering teams to ensure frictionless end to end release managementCollaborate with technical teams to deliver the best member and employee experienceLeverage user feedback from various channels, competitive analysis, and technology trends to facilitate the development of member-centric productsEstablish, monitor and measure KPIs to drive product success Participate in training and orientation of new Product ManagerEssential SkillsMinimum 3 years’ experience in a digital product management role including some experience gathering user requirements, and building/deploying digital products, preferably in the financial services industryProficiency with Scrum Agile Experience with design-thinking best practices and testing to deliver digital products and experiences Ability to work well under pressure, handle multiple assignments and deliverables simultaneously with the flexibility to meet changing needs and demandsStrong business communication skills; able to write/speak clearly and professionally for a variety of audiences Ability to create and deliver engaging presentations tailored to diverse audiencesAbility to establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders Distinctive problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills with the ability to evolve product strategy based on research, data and industry trendsFamiliarity with Atlassian Suite including Jira and ConfluenceWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office SuiteMinimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Statistics, Marketing or a related field, or equivalent work experience in lieu of a degree Location: Hillsboro, OR 97124 | Rocklin, CA 95765 | San Jose, CA 95134 (HYBRID)Target Compensation in Hillsboro, OR: $110,500 - $123k annually + annual bonusTarget Compensation in Rocklin, CA: $121,500 - $135k annually + annual bonusTarget Compensation in San Jose, CA: $138k - $154k annually + annual bonusBenefits options include:Traditional medical, dental, and vision coverage401K matching up to 5% per pay periodPaid Time Off (PTO): You'll accrue up to 15 vacation days in your first year.
