Compensation: $900 - $1,000/dayJob Title: Field Construction Lead IVLocation: Loving, NMSchedule: 2 Weeks On/2 Weeks Off (12Hr Days) - 14 days on / 14 days offSummary: Mileage: IRS GuidelinesM&IE: $56/dayTravel: Mileage traveling from home to site and back at IRS rate capped at 500 miles each way or total of 1000 miles; Travel Day Per Diem of $75/day for day traveling to site and from siteLodging: $161/dayJob Responsibilities Summary: Provides onsite oversight and coordination of the work activities, including but not limited to: facility construction, pipeline construction, location & road construction, compressor installation, down hole well completions, recompletions, remedial, high pressure well recompletions, well workover operations, maintenance, I&E, commissioning, repair & upgrade of existing facilities and pipeline repair in an assigned geographical areaEnsures work is performed in compliance with Company's safety policies/procedures as well as all applicable environmental and regulatory requirementsCoordinates with Projects, Engineering, Operations, Planning and Scheduling, and vendors to achieve established objectives and minimizes interruptions to operationsTracks daily progress on jobs and daily costs, reviews and approves field tickets invoices and verifies billing information, expenditures and cost-control on assigned projectsCompletes all required documentation and reporting activitiesOversees the materials receiving, acceptance and installation at the siteQualifications:15+ years of experienceProvides oversight for multiple functional areas through senior lead staffResponsible across the operation for strategic/functional supportAdapts and executes functional business plans; deploys resources to achieve financial and business objectivesDecisions are guided by functional strategies/prioritiesPowered by JazzHRJceuV4TMgZ
