These roles support repair, warranty, and preventative maintenance of professional wireless systems, microphones, headphones, speakers, digital audio interfaces, and networking-enabled devices.If you enjoy hands-on electronics work, troubleshooting complex systems, and supporting high-performance audio equipment, we encourage you to apply.Core Responsibilities (All Levels)Review service orders and inspect equipment for required repair actionsDiagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electronic equipmentPerform preventative maintenance and warranty evaluationsDocument repair actions accurately within service systemsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaCommunicate technical findings clearly with internal teams and customersMeet quality and productivity standardsElectronics Repair Technician IEntry-Level / Developing Technician0-2 years of electronics or technical experienceVocational training, technical school, or hands-on repair backgroundBasic soldering skillsAbility to visually inspect equipment and identify common failuresPerforms standard service work under guidanceStrong desire to grow into advanced troubleshootingElectronics Repair Technician IIIndependent Technician / Strong Troubleshooter2-5 years of electronics repair experiencePerforms repairs independently without supervisionComfortable with component-level solderingAble to read and interpret electronic schematicsStrong diagnostic and problem-solving skillsExperience with RF systems, professional audio, or digital audio networking preferredExposure to Dante, AES67, or similar protocols is a plusElectronics Repair Technician IIISenior Technician / Advanced Systems Specialist4-6+ years of advanced electronics repair experienceDiagnoses and repairs complex equipment independentlyAdvanced troubleshooting across hardware and hybrid systemsDeep experience with RF wireless systemsStrong knowledge of digital audio networking (Dante, AES67, or similar)Ability to train and mentor junior techniciansProven root cause analysis and problem resolution skillsEducation & ExperienceHigh School Diploma or Technical/Vocational School requiredAssociate's degree preferred for Level IIBachelor's degree or equivalent advanced experience preferred for Level IIIEquivalent hands-on experience will be consideredCompensationCompensation is competitive and aligned with experience and level.
