Job Description We're looking for a highly analytical and motivated Sales Operations Analyst to support and evolve our sales operations function. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who has strong foundations in reporting, dashboards, and CRM systems—and is ready to grow into a more strategic Revenue Operations partner.You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to enhance forecasting, improve pipeline visibility, and build scalable processes that support Vyond's continued growth.What You'll DoPartner with Sales leadership to improve pipeline visibility, sales performance tracking, and forecasting accuracyBuild and enhance Salesforce dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights across the full revenue funnelAnalyze sales data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve conversion rates and sales effectivenessSupport forecasting processes by maintaining data integrity and developing scalable reporting frameworksCollaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to align on key metrics and reporting standardsHelp design and optimize sales processes, workflows, and tools to improve operational efficiency and scalabilityContribute to the development of a centralized knowledge base (e.g., enablement resources, documentation) to support sales productivityAssist with implementation and adoption of new tools, systems, and processes, including user training and UATTake ownership of projects that drive automation, reduce manual reporting, and improve data accessibilityWhat Makes This a Growth RoleExposure to full-funnel Revenue Operations (Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success)Opportunity to move beyond reporting into strategic analysis and decision supportHands-on experience improving forecasting models and pipeline managementOwnership of impactful projects that directly influence revenue growthMentorship and development toward a Senior Sales Ops / RevOps roleWhat You BringRequired:1–3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Analytics, or similar roleExperience with Salesforce reporting and dashboard developmentStrong analytical skills with experience in KPI tracking and performance reportingAdvanced Excel skills (data analysis, modeling, automation)Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersPreferred:Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Domo, etc.)Familiarity with SQL or Python-based tools (e.g., Anaconda)Exposure to SaaS metrics (ARR, pipeline, conversion rates, churn, etc.)Experience supporting or working with go-to-market teamsCore CompetenciesSales & Revenue OperationsForecasting & Pipeline AnalyticsDashboard Development & Data VisualizationCRM Reporting & Data IntegrityProcess Optimization & AutomationCross-Functional CollaborationStrategic Thinking & Problem Solving
