In this role, you will serve as a key administrative partner supporting day-to-day operations through the creation of reports and presentations, coordination of meetings and events, management of expense reporting, and assistance with onboarding new team members.The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive and tech savvy, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce CRM, and other internal systems. You'll find several opportunities to grow as a professional, serve the community, and enhance the lives of seniors.What You'll DoAssists with the preparation of expenses reports for team membersReconciles and audits the various marketing department budgets and processes invoicesManages email distribution lists and senior living community assignmentsServes as division administrator for the SharePoint site and contract managementAssists with the onboarding of new corporate marketing team members and the disengagement of departing team membersSchedules and manages team and division meetings, including coordinating with internal and external participants, distributing meeting materials, and handling meeting logisticsLeads conference coordination for Business Development team, including conference registration, travel coordination, gathering presentation materials and meeting schedulingProvides assigned tasks as a part of the corporate office administrative team, including printer and meeting room monitoring, telephone roll-over and backup receptionist duties for corporate office receptionistsServes as a technology expert, including Salesforce CRM, Microsoft Office, Canva, and other systemsProvides assistance with the development, proofreading, editing and formatting of Power Point presentations, reports, templates and other documentsProvides support to sales training and education initiatives, including assembling training materials, managing training logistics and other support, as neededProvides administrative support to the bi-annual LCS Sales ConferenceSupports event planning and execution for company-wide events as neededLeverages AI to streamline processes for the marketing team where applicableCompletes marketing projects assigned for Corporate Marketing, Community Marketing, Market Research, and Data Analytics teamsWhat We're Looking For:Advanced experience and proficiency in Power Point, Excel and WordCRM experience strongly preferredAbility to craft corporate-ready communicationsExcellent communication skills, oral and written; excellent interpersonal skillsExperience with general administrative dutiesTop-notch customer service and hospitality focusImpeccable attention to detail and organizational skills; ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlinesMust be a self-starter who regularly takes initiative on projects and tasksWillingness to receive and use direction, feedback or constructive criticism from multiple sources inside and out of the marketing departmentUses discretion in working with sensitive and/or confidential informationExperience with marketing, sales and communications beneficialExperience leveraging AI to create more efficient processes strongly preferredSome experience with graphic or visual design preferredWhy Join Us?Industry Leader.Inclusive & collaborative culture.Top Workplace USA.Top Workplace Iowa.Charity and community involvement.Outstanding advancement opportunities.Ongoing career development.BenefitsCompetitive pay, great benefits and vacation time.
