We're seeking a motivated Construction Site Superintendent to oversee construction projects, lead teams, and ensure exceptional customer experiences from start to finish.Primary ResponsibilitiesCustomer Satisfaction & Project OversightManage the customer experience and ensure overall project satisfactionCompile and resolve punch list itemsPerform final walk-throughs with customersSecure signed Certificates of Completion and Certificates of Satisfaction from customersManage all warranty activitiesProject InitiationEvaluate and sell projectsEducate customers on the construction processProject PlanningIdentify and document project scope of workCreate and review estimatesObtain customer and client agreement on scope and estimateReview budgets and project timelinesEnsure proper permits are acquiredProject ExecutionCreate project schedules and timelinesIdentify, qualify, and manage subcontractors and resource providersNegotiate terms and set expectationsPlan, organize, and manage crews and subcontractorsSchedule all subcontractors and material suppliersEnsure all work complies with plans, specifications, local codes, and scope of work requirementsOther duties as assignedCustomer Support & CommunicationMaintain clear, professional written and verbal communication with customers, teammates, and stakeholdersSupport a positive customer experience by providing timely updates and accurate informationRequirementsExperience & Skill SetSuperb customer service track recordEffective written and oral communication skillsIntermediate math skillsExperience in restoration and/or construction preferredAbility to pass a background check (as allowed by law)Education & CredentialsHigh school diploma or GED requiredProject management experience preferredSkills / Physical Demands / CompetenciesAbility to work on active construction sites, including lifting, bending, and navigating stairs or tight spaces as neededAbility to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks efficientlyStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive payPaid training and professional developmentCareer progression opportunitiesSuperior benefits packageAnd more!J-18808-Ljbffr
